The guesthouse and apartments are located only 100 meters from the kitesurf and windsurf beach of Playa El Yaque and all kitesurf and windsurf rentals, schools, shops, restaurants and bars.

The guesthouse and apartments are part of a private tropical compound in which you will find ample grassy areas for the rigging and washing of kites and sails.

El Yaque enjoys year-round wind and is the perfect place to improve your kitesurfing and/or windsurfing skills.

The beach has a shallow sandy bottom free of coral and rock out to about 75 meters then further out you get into deeper water with great swell for windsurfing jumping and kitesurfing tricks.

Being only 10 from the equator, weather is Carribean tropical with the average daily day time temperature of around 80-90 F. (22-28 Cel.) Nightime is cooler, some nights requiring a sweater (especially in winter).
