Directions

From Sharm El Sheikh - Taxi from the airport is the easiest option. It will take you directly to your accommodation in Dahab. The trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The bus station is a short journey by taxi (5 LE) from the airport, and there are buses travelling to Dahab every two hours, with the last one leaving Sharm at about 0:30 a.m. and the first one at about 8:00 a.m.

From Taba - Again, a taxi is the easiest option. The journey time is about 2.5 hours, and the price should be around 250 LE. Buses are less frequent; they depart about four times a day. Their schedule is not available, but the cost is about 20 LE also. You will need to take a short taxi journey from the airport to the bus station, which costs about 5 LE.

From Cairo - The easiest option is to fly to Sharm El Sheikh from the Domestic Terminal at Cairo Airport. Egypt Air charges about $60 for non-residents. After your arrival, take a taxi at Sharm el Sheikh to Dahab (see above). Microbuses travel at various time of the day and night; the 8-hour drive to Dahab takes you mostly through Nuweiba from El Marg.
