Picturesque Teos is ideal for windsurfing families, located south of Izmir in the direction of Ephesus. There are plenty of activities for children and adults. The kids clubs will look after youngsters aged 4 and above for most of the day leaving the adults to windsurf... or scuba dive.... or mountain bike.... or relax by the pool ... or take a sight seeing trip to Ephesus. New for 2004 the windsurf centre are running their own Family Club, with a wide programme of activities for children from 3 years upwards.

Itinerary / Highlights

The Teos windsurfing centre is located on a small peninsular beside the small bay. It has a full range of the latest Naish & JP boards and Neil Pryde rigs. The instructor runs several clinics a week on the beach that are included in the cost of hire. Catamarans and waterskiing are available, and the centre run weekly mountain biking excursions. New for 2004 the centre are running their own Family Club, with a wide programme of activities for children from 3 years upwards. The club operates 5 days per week 10:00 - 12:00 & 14:00 - 17:00, and is free to all clients renting equipment.

Accommodation Details

Between Ephesus and Izmir, the Atlantis Resort Hotel in Teos is an ideal destination for families. Activities are organised for children of 4 upwards so parents are free to relax or windsurf. The hotel has 2 storey blocks spread out in large grounds on top of the cliffs and sloping down to the sea. Family rooms are also available giving two bedrooms and one bathroom. The hotel has 4 tennis courts, aerobics clases, a fitness centre and has 2 pools, one full of activity and the other much quieter. Outside of high season part of the hotel & 1 pool are closed. There are two board options available, either Half Board which includes wine with dinner, or All-Inclusive which includes all local drinks (alcohol or non alcohol).
