Flag Beach Windsurf Centre offers good cross-shore (from the left) conditions from March/April through to August/September. It is generally wavier for the first couple of months with the remains of the winter swells, however from May onwards the waves disappear and flat slalom conditions prevail.

Although the winter months statistically have less windy days at Flag Beach, there can be better locations within easy reach that have wind for the more advanced sailor. When there is no wind there will usually be waves so we offer body boarding and surfing as alternatives.

Established since 1988 Flag Beach has about 85 Fanatic boards during the summer months and over 160 sails. We run courses fro all levels and have multilingual staff speaking up to 8 languages.

Accommodation Details

This is a nice new complex of 12 self catering apartments close to (7 minutes walk) from local restaurants, bars and night life. They are 1 or 2 bedroom with living area, bathroom, kitchen and either balcony or terrace.

2 week Upgrade Package:992 Euros

The difference between the basic and upgrade package is the accommodation standard. The surf hostel is more basic with only 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens shared among 16 people (7 rooms) when it´s full, whereas Casa Quemadas are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments of a higher standard and with only 2 and 4 people per maximum per apartment respectively.

If more than one person is booking a package where the arrival and departure dates are the same then we are offering 50 Euros off/ package for 2 or more packages. If travelling alone and client does not want to share then single person supplement of 108 Euros/week is charged, otherwise we put them in an apartment with another person (if we have a booking for that date!!!)

If they are travelling with a non participating partner then they pay 128 Euros/wk net for the basic package and 204 Euros/wk net for the upgrade package. This allows them to tag along and get all the pick ups, lunch pack etc except the tuition.
