Windsurfing Lessons and Equipment Hire

The Pro-Centre was specially created to satisfy all our clients. Learn or advance your Wind- and Kite surf ing skills. If you prefer you can rent equipment, or spend some magnificent holidays with our courses and rental packages. We also have several activities such as: Surf, Bodyboard, Wakeboard, Water Ski, Parasailing, Wakesurf, Banana, Donuts and Fly-fish.

From April till October you'll be able to enjoy from our Beach Club, were we have some magnificent Sunshade Umbrellas and you'll be able to rest with a fresh and pleasant shade, and have a ride in a pedal boat or in a kayak, at the limpid water in Meia-Praia.

1. Full beginner course: Level 1-3 (Hours: 8; Price: 180 Euro)

Our beginners course is the first steps into a new sport in practice and in theory: Knowledge of equipment, Starting, Control of board, Steering, Tacking. At the end of this course you will know the basics of windsurfing and will be able to surf to the place you fish and return to your starting point. The 8 h course stretches over 2 to a max. of 4 days depending on the group and the weather conditions. Levels 1 to 3 can also be booked seperately:

Level 1 - theory and first practice with a simulator on land, board games in the water - (Hours: 2; Price: 40 Euro)
Level 2 - pull up & directing the board, tacking, up&downwind control, light wind jibe - (Hours: 3; Price: 80 Euro)
Level 3 - sailing with moderate winds, offsetting the pressure from the sail with body weight - (Hours: 3; Price: 80 Euro)

2. Improvement courses: Level 4-6 - all courses can be booked individually - contents changes can be made on location, if necessary
Level 4 - tunning the sail, board and harness lines (Hours: 3; Price: 85 Euro)
Level 5 - sailing with the harness with moderate winds (Hours: 3; Price: 85 Euro)
Level 6 - beachstart and fast jibe with moderate winds (Hours: 3; Price: 85 Euro)


3. Advanced courses: Level 7 - 9 - all courses can be booked individually - contents changes can be made on location, if necessary
Level 7 - strong wind sailing, footstrap sailing, planning position (Hours:3; Price: 90 Euro)
Level 8 - waterstart (Hours:3; Price: 90 Euro)
Level9 - powerjibe (Hours:3; Price: 90 Euro)

4. Private Lessons (Hours: 1; Price: 50 Euro)
choose what ever you would like to learn: waterstart, powerjibe, jumps, wave riding, freestyle moves
